• The Cocoon was created and designed on the Gold Coast, in QLD Aus in 2021! It's been a long road, but we were able to release the first prototypes in June 2022 and get crowd funding in 2023 to produce our pillows at scale. We source the materials for our products from South-East Asia, and manufacture in Mainland China.
• As with 90%+ of Australian businesses, we import some goods and manufacturer overseas, as we would not be able to provide our unique and high-quality products at a reasonable price for most Aussies. With that in mind, we take strict quality assurance measures, including product inspection in our Australian warehouse (upon arrival and before delivery), and with our overseas manufacturers before shipping.
